A coastal resort busy in the summer, but not like Marbella and Benidorm, it has some great places to eat with some good night clubs, also a good area for golf courses. The Old Town is beautiful with small narrow streets, great for strolling on a warm summers evening and stopping off for a relaxing drink. Property prices in the area are higher than inland area's and the plots are much smaller as this is an urbanisation, you can get large plots but pay a high price for them, as land is at a premium
Much the same as Mojacar but slightly more Spanish, but new buildings are going up all the time.
Slightly away from the coastal resort of Mojacar, Antas is a white washed town with nice bars, restaurants and shops, quite a few properties going up, most of the larger stores are situated in and around this area.
Bigger town again than Antas, more shops and bars, has a lovely maze of little streets in the centre just off the church square.
This is a small town close to Mojacar and Garrucha, a smaller town than Antas or Vera, nice bars along its high street and is near to Cortijo Grande Golf Course, which at present is only 9 holes. They have a society based there that is 6? to join to play on society days with discounts to many other courses in the area.
