Puerto Santiago Holiday Accommodation
Puerto Santiago now a holiday resort was previously a small fishing village and is located in the district of Santiago del Teide, the resort now owes its future to tourism. The journey from Reina Sofia airport to Puerto Santiago is approximately one and half hours mainly down motorways. Puerto Santiago and Santiago del Teide are normally referred to under the area Los Gigantes. Puerto Santiago has still retained some of its past as a fishing village and is not as built up as much as some of the other resort towns on Tenerife. It also has a small beach to visit.
