Panama  is the southernmost region of Central America it connects North America and South America the region borders Costa Rica,  Colombia, Atlantic Ocean, and the Pacific Ocean. The Panama Canal allows passage from the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean. The region is marked by a chain of mountains in the west and hills in the interior, There are two seasons: the dry season with a bright sun from December to April and the rainy season from May to November, here you will find beautiful sandy beaches with good scuba diving, snorkelling and swimming on offer, while the beaches are used as a nesting ground by several species of sea turtle and lots of curious brown pelicans There are untouched rainforest in the fertile Caribbean area, there is a fine assortment of attractions to be seen in this region along with the History Museum of Panama.

There is an exotic cultural blend of Spanish, African, West Indian, Chinese, Indian and European influences makes this a truly unique city with a cosmopolitan mix of cultures only found here the official language is Spanish but many Panamanians speak English fluently, The currency is the Balboa which has the same value as the U.S. dollar, Visa American Express, Master Card and Diners Club credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and commercial establishments.
