This delightful newly constructed house is situated on a small development within the traditional Cypriot village of Argaka. The development includes landscaped grounds, a communal swimming pool and a children’s pool.
The house has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms and built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms also have sea and mountain views and one has a balcony overlooking the sea and mountains.
Downstairs the house has a living and dining room and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Plus all the other facilities you would expect in a well equipped kitchen. The living area includes two sofa beds, a television, dvd player, selection of dvds, radio and c.d. player. There are two sets of patio doors leading into the lovely garden from the living area. The house also has a downstairs cloakroom. All main rooms have air conditioning
Outside the house is a beautiful garden with the most spectacular views imaginable. Casting your eyes from left to right, there is a broad sweep from the beautiful scenic mountain view down across the Akamas Peninsula and on to the sweep of the bay and the sea beyond.
