Emerald Villas stand detached in a large mountain plot with spectacular a view of the Ionian Sea, the Blue Caves and the lush greenery of the mountains of Agios Nikolas.
They have been constructed with love and respect to the natural environment’s beauty using natural stone and wood, bringing “nature’s spirit” into our hearts. There are eight individual detached stone villas with their own private swimming pool, private garden area with sun loungers and umbrellas offering a magnificent view overlooking the Ionian sea.
Emerald Villas consist of eight villas, each one placed in an area of 1000sq meters; four of them are 80m2 and the other four are 105m2 .
All villas have been tastefully decorated and have 2 bedrooms.
The 1st Villa type (80m2) can accommodate 4 persons and the 2nd Villa type (105m2) can accommodate 4-6 persons.
Each Villa has fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, bathroom with Jacuzzi, large veranda and balcony, air-condition, Sat TV, Internet access and safety deposit box.
Classic Large: A two floor villa sleeping a maximum of 6 persons.
The ground floor consists of an open plan dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with: electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils.
The lounge area is comfortably furnished and also has a large double sofa bed sleeping two people. There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, movies/books collection.
There is also a separate WC room which has a wash-hand basin and toilet.
A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, safe deposit box, patio doors and furnished balcony.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
Luxurious daily services (maid service, pool cleaning, reception) are also provided in the most discreet way.
