The town of Roldan is 4 kilometres from the resort, a typical small Spanish town with restaurants and bars. Los Alcazares is approximately 20 min drive here you will find the nearest beach and this is the largest settlement on the Mar Menor, mile long promenade, large marina and beautiful beaches, there also is a wide range of water sports. A large centre then other towns on the coasts with many shops bars, restaurants and shopping mall with cinema. Murcia the capital city is 15 minutes drive steeped in history, art, architecture and culture can be admired in natural settings or with in the regions network of museums and has all the facilities off the large city you would be expect to find. City of Cartagena is a ancient seaport and naval dockyard and is a growing commercial centre has direct communication links with Alicante.
