The apartment is in the ground floor of a villa situated in a quiet urbanization off the main coastal road N340 in Benajarafe, in the Costa del Sol. It is just 400 metres walking distance to the beach. There is also a communal swimming pool in the urbanization (open June to October).
Benajarafe is a small fishing village, with excellent weather all year round (warm-hot in summer, mild in winter), approx. 30 mins drive from Málaga Airport and just 10 mins from Torre del Mar and Rincón de la Victoria for those seeking busier resorts. Two 18-hole golf courses are located within 15 mins drive. The town has many bars, cafés and restaurants and a new Beach Promenade ideal for long walks. There are also small shops, bank, supermarket, post office, chemist, bakery, petrol station, etc. A wide variety of amenities and activities are within reach: Golf, sailing, jet skiing, fishing, Aqua Park, Go-karting, cinemas, horse riding, trekking in the hills, Thursday Market, etc.
