Beautiful Disney lake view villa.
This is our luxury three bedroom, fully air conditioned villa in the heart of kissimmee florida. Only a ten minute drive to Disney world and the other major theme parks and only a short distance from the exciting Highway 192 yet it is in a secluded, up market estate of Chatham park.
The large lounge is separated from the kitchen area by a breakfast bar with three bar stools. Large patio doors lead from the lounge out on to the pool decking area. In the lounge there are two comfortable settees, an arm chair, coffee table and cable television and DVD. the floor is fully carpeted for your comfort. We also have a large selection of DVD and Video's for adults and children.
The kitchen is a large well equipped area where you'll find all the modern amenities to make life easier should you wish to eat in. It contains a full size cooker and microwave oven, a coffee maker,fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, a dishwasher, a waste disposal system and all the utensils and linen you will need. Oh! and of course a kettle and tea pot.
The master bedroom has a large queen size bed with bedside cabinets, a dressing table and a large walk in closet. The bedroom also has its own cable television and DVD player. Leading from a door in the master bedroom is the master bedrooms en suite which contains a toilet, wash basin, bath and shower.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, bedside cabinets and dressing table with walk in closet. It to has cable television and DVD player. This bedroom shares the second bathroom with the twin bedroom.
Our Disney theme twin bedroom has twin beds with bedside cabinets and dressing table. It to has walk in closet this bedroom shares bathroom two with the second bedroom.
Our great games room comes complete with a full size pool table, air hockey, table football, electronic dart board with soft tip darts and a basketball game a great place to unwind after a busy days at the theme parks.
The pool decking area has been extended to give extra area for you to relax after a busy day at the theme parks. The fully screened pool is south facing with stunning views of a conservation area and lake, pool furniture is supplied as is a large BBQ so why not try some al fresco dinning in the Florida sun shine.
The villa community of Chatham park also provides security, tennis and basketball courts, children's playground and community pool you can also take a relaxing walk around the lake where you will see turtles and different breeds of birds.
