Changeover day
Guests must vacate the apartment by midday of day of departure. To ensure safe handover of keys primary guest must ensure that flight time and or arrival time are submitted to Owner/Agent three weeks before commencement of occupancy.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with bath, shower, basin, bidet and wc. Shower Screen and all bathroom fittings.
Kitchen: Kitchen is equipped with kitchen equipment, e.g. cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.
Utility Room: The washing machine, iron board, iron and microwave oven are all in the utility room.
Living Rooms: Living room is equipped with lounge/dining furniture comprising of six dining chairs and a dining table, lounge sofa in black soft leather, TV with stand, DVD Player, Midi CD/Cassette Sound system

All rooms are with fitted wardrobes. Twin single beds in other rooms apart from the Master bedroom that has a double bed.

The climate on the Costa del Sol is famous for being one of the best in Europe. It offers guaranteed sunshine during the summer months and very mild winters. This helps generate excellent year-round rental potential. Temperatures reach 35°C in the high season and rarely drop below 15°C in the low season. The south coast of Spain is dry in during summer with very little rainfall. In winter, rainfall is slightly higher with a few showers and some heavy storms. Generally the beach can be enjoyed from April until October.

Just about 15 minutes walk to the beach.
Golf
There are a choice of golf courses within a 15/20 minute drive. A golf course lies in the area and many more golf courses near by.
Travel
Malaga is the nearest airport. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Princess Park apartments are located on the Mijas Costa area of the Costa del Sol in Andalucia, Southern Spain. Specifically Princess Park is located between the towns of Malaga and Marbella in an area called Calahonda. The apartments are set in the hills behind Calahonda within easy access of the excellent toll road, providing access to Malaga airport within 20 minutes. It’s about 5 -10 mins drive to the golf courses of Miraflores, Calanova Golf and Cabopino Golf and only 3km from the beach.

Local amenities include shopping centres, bars, pubs, restaurants, Santader Bank, golf courses and many shops. This modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has wonderful views across the mature communal gardens to the Mediterranean beyond. It is ideally placed at the heart of Mijas Costa and close to Calahonda International School. It’s an excellent place for holiday of any kind i.e. Relaxing, Romantic or Family holiday. For a dream family holiday, there are Tivoli World, Aqua Park and Zoo which are just short drive away. There are also choices of golf courses from within a 5/10 mins drive. Just 20 mins drive from Malaga Airport and 10 mins from Marbella or Fuengirola where there are plenty of beaches, shops, bars and restaurants catering for every taste. Resort of Puerto Banus is 30 mins drive and the historic towns of Seville, Grenada and Cordoba are not far either. If you're interested in a day trip, Gibraltar is not far and it is an ideal trip.
