Casa Chica is a delightful waters edge bungalow in a prime location in Puerto del Carmen just 25yards from the Playa Chica beach. The bungalow has wonderful panoramic sea views. The villa has a lovely bright open plan lounge/ diner/ kitchen with large patio doors out to the sea view terrace. The villa has a master bedroom with a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom. There are two further single bedrooms that share a shower room. One bedroom has a pull out put u up bed. One bedroom is not suitable for young children. Lounge has satellite TV and DVD. The kitchen is very well equipped. The villa does not have a ppol but is close to the Fariones Sports centre where for a a fee you can use their faciluities. Excellent location between the old and new towns and no need for a car - all amenities within a couple of minutes walk.
