Outside, the covered lanai overlooks a tennis court, sand volleyball, childrens playarea and palm garden. Our villa is a 3 bed/ 2 bath courtyard villa which is situated in one of Orlando's newest and most impressive communities - TUSCAN HILLS! Furnished to a very high standard for your comfort and enjoyment. LIVING AREA The living room with its open plan design, vaulted ceiling and tiled floor provides a light airy atmosphere which is the ideal enviroment to relax and unwid after a long day at the parks. Relax on one of the 3 sofas while watching cable on the large LCD TV. Alternatively make use of our extensive DVD library where we have tried to cater for all tastes, or why not play games on the games console provided. Patio doors open from the living area onto the pool deck. A telephone is provided with FREE local calls. Long distance and internationsl calls can be made using the FREE phone card provided. DINING AREA The dining area consists of a large ding table with seating for 6 guests. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. A second set of patio doors lead from the dining area out onto the pool deck. BEDROOMS Master Bedroom - King size bed(UK Superking), 2 bedside cabinets, large dresser with mirror, cable TV, radio alarm clock and telephone. Large walk in closet. En Suite Bathroom - Consists of large shower, WC and twin basins. Queen Bedroom - Queen bed(UK King), bedside cabinet, large dresser with mirror, cable TV, radio alarm clock, built in closet. Twin Bedroom - 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, large chest drawers, cable TV, radio alarm clock, built in closet. Bathroom 2 - Located between the queen and the twin bedroom. Consists of bath, overbath shower, WC and basin.
