The property is part of a farmhouse set on 8 hectares of gently rolling hills, with beautiful view and with a production of wine, olive oil, fruit and vegetables (all can be purchased by the clients at a special price!).
Each rental unit is well decorated (in tuscan style) and very confortable.
Each appartment (60m2, sleeps 5) is composed of: (ground floor) living/dining-room with kitchen-corner, sofa/bed for 2 pers. , patio, 1 bathroom shower, TVsat;
(1st floor) 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom shower. Air conditioning.
The property is situated a little outside the town of Camaiore (attractive place with its historical centre and all kind of shops) , at about 12km to the nice sandy beaches of the coast ( ideal for the families with children). Nearest grocery shop and pizzeria at about 300mt. Nice shopping, with exclusive boutiques, along the coast in Viareggio and in Forte dei Marmi. This is also a perfect base to visit the major art towns of Tuscany: Lucca 25km, Pisa 30km, Florence 90km (only 1 hour drive).
IMPORTANT: the client's of this property will also have FREE sun umbrella and sun beds at a private beach club in Viareggio (for the entire holiday)!!
