Bed and Breakfast at Lake Vinuela, 20 minutes inland from Eastern Costa del Sol
Bed + Breakfast in Double or Twin/Family Room (both en suite) below detached Villa
We offer 1 x Double (sleeps 2) and 1 x Twin/Family Room (sleeps 2-4 or 5 at a pinch) below our detached villa overlooking spectacular Lake Vinuela. In the heart of the beautiful Axarquian countryside/mountains yet just 15 minutes from the motorway network/coast of the eastern Costa del Sol. Price includes a very extensive Continental (including Cava - Spanish Champagne - and Smoked Salmon) or Eggs + Bacon Breakfast. Both rooms are situated at pool level with panoramic lake view and have direct access to pool terrace; you have unlimited use of our Swimming Pool between dawn and dusk. As both rooms are below our villa, with access down a flight of outside stairs, you do not have to travel through the main house to reach your room giving you the privacy to come and go as you please and private access through your own front door.
Our first room is a Double, has full bedroom suite (double Wardrobe, Dressing Table/Drawers, 2 x Bedside Cabinets), Coffee Table, Tea + Coffee making facilities/hospitality tray, fridge/honesty bar, hairdryer etc. plus en suite Shower Room and powerful but virtually silent Ceiling Fan for Summer ventilation; Winter heating is via an oil filled radiator that you control yourselves. A bottle of iced Cava (Spanish Champagne) will be in your room on arrival with our compliments.
Our second room is a larger Twin (beds can be pushed together to make a super-king sized double if pre-arranged) and has identical facilities to the Double Room with the addition of a Dining Table + 4 Chairs. This room can be made into a Family Room by the addition of a comfortable Single Z Bed (1 adult/1 child)or a double inflatable bed (1 adult/2 children). Euro 5 p.n. supplement for any extra person sharing this room.
DISCOUNT ON STAYS OF 3 NIGHTS OR MORE. 10 Euro SUPPLEMENT FOR STAYS OF JUST ONE NIGHT.
There is daily maid service, towels are changed daily (please provide your own pool/beach towels or rent these from us at €1 per towel per day) and bedding is changed twice weekly. Personal laundry can be done at a small charge and you are welcome to borrow our iron and ironing board at any time.
For relaxing/sun bathing there are four terraces - front of house, roof terrace (a real year round sun trap!), covered/breakfast terrace and 100 square foot poolside terrace; all have stunning views and sun beds/chairs.
Internet access is available at Euro 2 per half hour that we donate to our local charity and 20 minute phone calls can be made at 50 cents per call (local) or Euro 2 per call (national or international).
