|
Casa Rosulida is a luxurious detached villa offering more than most villas in Lanzarote.
Outside the villa has a private heated pool, large sun terrace and beautiful gardens. There is also a fabulous roof terrace complete with four person jacuzzi (- ideal for admiring the views of the lighthouse, Montana volcano and across the sea to Fuerteventura). By the pool there is a shaded pergola with comfortable seating (- a great place to relax and sip wine)
Inside, the villa is impressive with high ceilings and marble floors throughout. The spacious lounge area has two comfortable settees, and is equipped with satellite TV & a DVD/video. There are also lots of DVD's, videos, CD's and books for you to use.
The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven/hobs, fridge/freezer. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room has a table and chairs seating six.
The large double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and the second bedroom is a twin. There is a second bathroom with a large marble tiled walk in shower. Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. Two fold away beds and a double sofa bed (in the dining room) are also available – meaning the villa can sleep more but we would normally not expect more than 6).
A cot, highchair and stroller are also available at no extra charge.
The villa is set in a quiet residential area with the sea front just 150m away. A 150m walk leads to a row of shops including minimarket, bakery, bar and restaurants. The nearest beach is just a 20mins walk.
