This house was also in a ruined condition when purchased in 2004. It has been recently completely refurbished to a high standard using old terracotta flooring and chestnut beams.

The house and garden have one of the best views in the Tiber Valley, overlooking Umbria and Tuscany.

The house has five bedrooms, each with ensuite facilities. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, large modern kitchen, dining room, and lounge with original fireplace, outdoor pizza oven and Terrace.

Upstairs there are three further ensuite bedrooms and a smaller sitting room.

Just under six kilometres away is the Village of Monterchi which is described above - reached by a well maintained "white" road winding down the hillside before it joins the metalled road in the Village of Ripoli.

If you want to be in a quiet rural environment with outstanding views. Far from the noise of traffic, yet just a 10 minute drive from a Village, this is a perfect location in which to relax and unwind.
