This end of terrace superb property in a small community in Punta Mujeres on the North Coast of Lanzarote. The house is on three stories and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a basement area. It has top quality fixtures and fittings, with direct views to the sea just 50 meters away. The community of 6 houses also has a solar heated swimming pool and there is communal sun decking. The Village of Punta Mujeres is 35 minutes drive form the airport and is not in a touristic area of the island. The village is a trditional fishing village but has all ammenities needed, supermarket, hairdressers, tapas bars, restaurants. The neibouring village of Arrieta boasts one of the best beaches on the island which has a beach bar/restaurant childrens play area showers etc. The property has on the top floor a master bedroom with double bed dressing area, bathroom and balcony and second bedroom with single beds. On the ground floor there is the 3rd bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and living area. There is a terrace which is next to the pool. On the basement level is a further room and clothe drying area.
