Outside:
The apartment has a large private balcony (not overlooked)with good size table & 4 chairs. The shared swimming pools (one small for babies and small children) the other much larger for children & adults, overlooks the peaceful and tranquil setting.

Maid Service:
Towels, tea towels & all bed linen are included and the apartment is cleaned once a week before your arrival. Further cleaning can be arranged during your stay at an extra cost. Please provide own beach towels.

Golf:
You would be hard pushed to find a better golfing resort, with the course on site, Las Ramblas next door, Villamartin 5 mins away and La Manga about 20 mins away. Within walking distance is the stunning Clubhouse & Hotel with all the facilities.

Bedroom 1 with double bed and beautiful large wardrobes. Sliding door leading onto large private balcony.

Stunning large bathroom with bath/shower over, wc & bidet, sink with spacious vanity unit underneath.

Large light airy kitchen with plenty of worktop space, gas hob, fan extractor, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, beautiful white china, glasses and cutlery.

Very spacious living/dining room with TV (with Sky channels), CD Player, two double setees, dining table, 4 chairs, coffee table, large window overlooking beautiful Campoamor Golf Course

Handy utility room with washing machine, large airer, hot water boiler, fan, heater.

Airport Name & Distance:
Currently there are two main airports, and a third being built at the moment. Alicante is about 40 mins drive and Murcia (San Javier) about 20 mins drive. Car hire is recommended but not essential as there are numerous cabs.

Change Over Day:
Changeover days are reasonably flexible. All arrivals between the hours of 22.00 and 07.00 are subject to an extra charge of £25 per apartment.
