One Bed Ground Floor Apartment with Garden (Sleeps 4)
This lovely apartment is suitable for both couples and familes, and is located in the prestigious Almeda del Mar complex as featured on GMTV.

Entry to the complex is via electronic gates and each property has a video controlled entry unit to monitor visitors.

The apartment comes with parking immediately outside the apartment.

Once inside the complex you have the choice of communal pools all with both grass and decking for comfortable sun bathing. The central pool has been landscaped and provides a wonderful focal point
Inside the apartment it is bright and airy and furnished nicely with a modern feel about it.
The apartment also benefits from hot and cold air conditioning.

In the living area there is a comfortable double sofa bed, swivel chair, 2 side tables, low wall unit and a dining table and 4 chairs.

A television with UK channels is provided together with a DVD player.

Sliding patio doors lead to the private garden.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes :
oven & hob
microwave oven
fridge freezer
washing machine.
All necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided together with a kettle, toaster, juicer and coffee maker.
The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin.

Bath and hand towels are also supplied.
The bedroom has a large double bed and fitted wardrobes. All bedding is supplied.
Sliding patio doors lead to the garden from the bedroom.

The owners have also thought to provide a hair dryer, iron and beach towels.

Outside there is an external table and 4 chairs, loungers with cushions, parasol and a BBQ.
The Area : A short walk gives you a choice of 2 supermarkets and a The popular playa Flamenca Saturday market is also close by which is a must for all holiday makers in search of a bargain.

The choice of white sandy beaches is unlimited along this part of the coast and you can walk to a few of these at Playa Flamenca.

A car will definitely give the visitor the opportunity to sample everything the rest of the local beaches and 3 golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

If you like your food then whatever your taste you are bound to be satisfied with restaurants that cover all 4 corners of the world.

Other facilities in the area include tennis, go karts and horse riding a short drive away. Cycle hire can also be arranged if required.

Only 45 minutes from Alicante and 25 from Murcia airport, this property is ideally located for a trouble free journey and more quality time at your chosen destination
