Holiday in Villa Artemis, Loutsa, Rafina, Athens, Greek Islands...
This comfortable airconditioned villa is made up of two apartments. The main apartment sleeps 5 and can be rented alone or together with the first floor apartment if more room is required, sleeping then 9 persons in all. The first floor apartment is not rented out on its own.
The main apartment is on the second and third floors. On the second floor you'll find a fully euipped modern kitchen (electric oven, grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher,toaster) lounge with Sat TV, DVD, video, radio/CD player and fireplace, dining room, store-room and wc. A large balcony leads out from the entrance door and two smaller balconies lead out from the kitchen and the dining area. An indoor spiral stairway leads to the third floor where you'll find two bedrooms, one with a doulbe futon and one with two single beds and a view of the ocean. An extra roll-a-away bed can be used anywhere. Both bedrooms have their own balconies. An outdoor marble stairway leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Aegean Sea and the mountains.
The first floor apartment has a further 3 bedrooms, one with two singles and two with one single bed each, a lounge (with another TV) and a kitchen.
The fenced in grounds (550 sq mt)are complete with barbecue and ample garden furniture. It's a quiet, child friendly area.
The villa is situated in Loutsa, a lively little Greek coastal town with a small harbour for private boats. You'll be just 10 minutes easy walk from the beach. Loutsa has restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and a traitional Greek market to browse around. Bars, clubs and discos bring the nights to life. A bakers, supermarket and other shops are within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the villa. The bus stop is 5 minutes away.
From Rafina, 5km away, the ferries sail to several of the Greek Islands. Day trips to Mykonos, Andros and Evia are offered. The coastline abounds with picturesque typically Greek coastal towns and secluded spots to bathe.
Athens is just 20 km away and is easy to reach with bus and metro. Athens is not only rich in history but also offers traditional markets, exclusive shops, parks, restaurants of all kinds, galleries, exhibitions, concerts etc. Athens has something for everybody all year round.
Other sightseeing spots are Mycene, Cape Sounion, Delphi, Corinth, Marathon, Epidavros, Napflio and many more. A tour of Peleponese is unforgettable.
Athens airport is 30 minutes drive with taxi or hired car. Airport transport can be arranged if desired.
