Safe free of charge but at OWN RISK not insured. A deposit of 18€ is payable to the Owner on arrival for safe and house keys. This deposit is refunded at the end of the holiday.There is a radio phone extension and guests can make outgoing calls and FAX at the Official Rates and use computer for email, Swiming- pool is cleaned once a week,swiming-pool can be heated (only sunny days because it has solar heated system) House is cleaned and linen change once a week.Towels change mid week. Guests are required to bring own beach/pool towels
Washing machine can be use for the guest at the laundry area once a week free of cost, including powder and conditioner. Extra use cost 4. € including powder and conditioner. Since the Owner is the housekeeper and lives in the basement of the house in his own apartament, he is always available for full assitance or advice.
