Casa Palmeras Puerto del Carmen apartment is located in a quiet but very convenient area of Puerto del Carmen. It is part of a small, private complex which enjoys wonderful sea and beach views. Built on two levels, it is very large at 130²m. It offers stylish, comfortable accommodation comprising on the lower level, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), both of which enjoy full en-suite facilities. There is a further guest toilet on the upper level. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility room with a washing machine. The lounge includes a TV (some satellite channels), Radio/CD player and DVD player (please feel free to bring your own films). In the centre of the apartment is a garden with sub tropical plants and palm trees that extend right up through the upper level, to a crystal glass roof. The complex has a swimming pool and children's splash pool. There are sun loungers provided around the pool area. Our apartment is light and airy and provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Bedroom 1 - is very large and has a king-size double bed, large double wardrobe and shelf space, en-suite with bath (overhead shower), w/c, bidet and double 'his' and 'hers' wash hand basins. This bedroom is large enough to take a third bed if required.
Bedroom 2 - is also of a good size and has two single beds, large double wardrobe and shelf space, full height adjoining shelf space (with key-lock safe), en-suite with bath (overhead shower), w/c, wash hand basin and further shelf space.
The bedrooms are separated by an internal garden with sub tropical plants and palm trees that stretch right up through both levels to a crystal glass roof. They also have sliding glass doors which open onto the garden.
On the upper level -
Kitchen/Diner - is fully fitted with lots of storage space and has a full size oven/grill with 4-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is also a full range of cooking utensils and sufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware for 8 people, together with table and chairs.
Lounge - has double sofa seating, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player (please bring your own films), Radio/CD player, selection of books, games and access to the sun terrace. A further bed could be made available in the lounge if required.
Sun Terrace - is south facing overlooking the beach and has a table, chairs, sun-loungers and a built-in barbecue area.
Utility Room - has a washing machine, ironing board, iron and drying rack.
Third w/c - with w/c and wash hand basin.
Safe - there is a safe located in the twin bedroom.
OTHER INFORMATION
Looking after you - our apartment is looked after by a local property management company in Lanzarote. This is a family business, they are all English and speak Spanish fluently. They are there to help and assist you whenever you need them. For your peace of mind, they provide you with a 24-hour emergency contact service. So; if you ever need anything at any time, they will be there to help you.
Maid service - the apartment is cleaned weekly and new bed linen/towels are provided on a weekly basis. There is also an extra towel change mid-week.
Local area - the apartment is very well situated and within a few minutes walk there are shops, restaurants, bars and a long golden sandy beach.
Children - because of the open plan staircase, the apartment might not be suitable for very small children.
Cots and Highchairs - can be made available at a small additional charge. Please enquire.
