Immaculate 2 bedroom apartment set in quitet friendly residential fully secure complex. 5 minute walking distance to beach/shops/pubs/transport. 10 minute drive to Denia Town Centre
The property is of a high standard and we have made sure that it is a home from home and consists of fully fitted kitchen good size lounge/diner storage cupboard, outside storage cupboard, sun loungers, patio furniture, front & rear terrace. Air conditioned for either hot or cold air, security entry into complex, safe for money/passports/jewlery etc with individual id number baby pool & showers, just outside complex small play area for children, private parking next to the apartment. There is also a folder for your perusal of attractions, interests, and eating places. .
Our representative (Richard), if you wish can meet you at the motorway toll and you will follow him to the complex. The approximate cost is just under 7.00 Euros to go through the motorway toll. Richard will spend approximately 1 hour with you and he will show you around the property and familiarize you with the appliances and switches. He will also recommend some sights, restaurants and answer any questions you may have. He will also give you his emergency number should you need to contact him for any reason
£150 deposit is required on booking (non refundable) and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to travel. Plus £150 security deposit to be sent with the balance - this will be refunded on return should no breakage’s or damage occur or cleaning required.
