Holiday Apartment Italian Riviera...
The apartment is located in Mulinetti (Recco) close to the villas of the rich and famous. Our apartment is just off the “Riviera Road” that runs the length of the Italian Riviera close to the Mediterranean Sea and it is about 800 metres from the centre of Recco.
Lounge ~
Air-conditioning and electric heating, two soft chairs
in the living room of the apartment that convert to single beds.
Independent satellite TV (Hotbird and Astra) gives hundreds of European channels (including English language news and entertainment)
Kitchen ~
The fitted kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, espresso machine and kettle as well as a sink, draining board and adequate work surfaces.
Washing powder, liquids, soap,
tea towels etc. are provided.
Bedroom ~
Air-conditioning and electric heating. Double bed that converts to a sofa. Separate dressing room. In dependant satellite TV and DVD player so you can bring your own or enjoy one of ours in the apartment.
Bathroom ~
Shower, toilet, bidet and wash-basin. There is a new washing-machine in the bathroom and an electric clothes-dryer in the cantina under the terrace.
Terrace ~
This terrace is well provided with a table and chairs, electric light and outlets for spending enchanted evenings outdoors.
Balcony ~
There is also a small balcony where you can hang your
swimming costumes to dry, Italian style.
Facilities ~
This is an all-electric apartment with air-conditioning and electric heating.
Because this is our second home, you will find most of the other things that you are likely to need: iron and ironing-board, humidifier, mosquito zappers, alarm clock/CD player, hairdryer, etc. Plus a reasonable amount of staple items in the kitchen, such as tea-bags, coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil, etc We even provide multi-way adapters for British electrical equipment that you may bring with you.
The Italian shutters all round (taparelli) are electrically operated.
Parking space is available for a small car. Weekly cleaning and linen change. All linen and towels provided, specifically 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, 2 face flannels and a bath sheet; also two beach towels.
