Holiday home available for weekly lets, sleeps 9 , pets welcome, private pool, fantastic vies , ideal for walks, fishing, hiking , moutain biking, or just to relax.
The property is situated 15km from Yátova, a very small and beautiful Spanish village. Other nearby towns include Bunol (where the famous Tomatina tomato fight is held each year) and Requena.
The city of Valencia is approximately 1 hours drive away, and is also accesable via train from Bunol. Benidorm is approximately 2 hours drive from the property.
The local airport is Valencia Airport, approximately 1 hour drive from Casa Murch, and Alicanti Airport is approximately 2½ hours drive.
The house is in a very quiet, relaxing area and is ideally suited to people who want to escape from noise and stress and just relax, enjoy country walks, do a spot of fishing or just sit and take in the breath taking views by the private pool.
If you want to explore the surrounding areas further, a car is essential. Car hire is available from Valencia Airport.
The accomodation has been newly decorated inside and out. It consists of two double bedrooms with wardrobes, and a third bedroom containing a bunk bed that sleeps 3 (bottom bunk is a double, top bunk is a single).
The living room includes a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, television, video recorder, DVD player and an open log fire.
The kitchen includes an oven (running from bottled gas), a fridge freezer and microwave oven.
The bathroom is fully tiled with WC, sink and shower.
Outside, the property has a Barbeque, a terrace/sunbathing area and a large table for al fresco dining. There is also a family sized swimming pool. The property is surrounded by a fence, hedges and trees. There is also an outbuilding which contains an automatic washing machine, and there is a drying area nearby.
Electricity is supplied by a main generator, usually running from around 6pm to 1am. There is a backup power supply which can be used during the day to run low power items such as TV, HiFi etc. Please ask for further details.
