The owner lives in the upper floor of the house.
The house is built in a 2000 m2 lot facing the Mediterranean Sea on a cliff, at the edge of the sea, 50 m above the sea level. Very exclusive new housing and location, in one of the most beautiful and peaceful sites along the Mediterranean coast.

A few kilometres to quiet beaches, hospitals, golf courses, and hot tourist places such as the villages of Nerja, Frigiliana, Almuñécar, Lanjarón, Salobreña and Motril, the sierras of Alpujarra, Axarquía, Almijara and Sierra Nevada (the most important skiing resort in Spain), and the cities of Málaga, Granada and Almería.
