You can easily enjoy this place without any sort of golf experience. You may occasionally hear a ping from a good tee shot on the 18th hole. You can of course still enjoy the benefits of the 5-star hotel, ten minutes walk away, which does an excellent breakfast for 15 euros or 9 euros continental (March 2005), and serves the most expensive beer for miles at 4 euros per pint. Of course, being a five star hotel, service is excellent.
The Fuerteventura Golf Resort is situated approximately seven miles from the airport and is a ten minute drive or a 8 euro (March 2005) taxi ride, near to the resort of Caleta De Fuste.
The villa is approximately 1 mile from the Atlantico Shopping Centre (on the seafront and also on the map above) which has a food Hypermarket (about the size of a typical Tesco) and a small number of shops and eating places. In addition there is an arcade with pool table, ten pin bowling and a cinema which shows English films approximately once a week.
1 mile translates to a 20 minute slow walk and the walk is an enjoyable one at that.
It is also 20 to 25 minutes from the resort of Caleta De Fuste.
