This newly built first floor apartment is finished and furnished to an exceptional standard. Tinajo is centrally located to the island and all of its attractions. Club La Santa with its world-renowned sports facilities is a short drive away. The apartment has stunning views over the mountains towards the Mirador Del Rio and the coast. This is an ideal location for a couple / couple and child wanting peace and tranquility in a true Canarian setting.
Up to four people can be accomodated with two utilising the double sofa bed in the living room. Children welcome. Please note the apartment has its own private and lockable staircase leading up to it, there is a lockable gate at the top of the staircase. Please enquire.
There is also a large private patio and sun terrace area with garden table and ample seating. Outside shower area. Downstairs barbecue area and landscaped gardens with dining and seating area.
The property is ideally situated for the islands many beaches. The nearest beach is a ten minute drive away. A surfers beach is located less then 15 minutes drive away. The world renowned beach at Papagayo is just 20 minutes away.
Arrecife airport approximately 22km away, ensuring that you have a quick start to your relaxing holiday.
Car hire is recommended and can be arranged at very favourable rates starting from just 120 euros for one weeks rental including insurance.

Tinajo has numerous restaurants and bars, two supermarkets, bakers/confectioners, a pharmacy, petrol station, hairdressers, a bank with cashpoint (ATM) and an internet cafe.
The sports facilities of Club La Santa are a short (ten minute)drive away.
