The popular holiday complex has a communal swimming pool with changing rooms and open showers, set in secure, walled grounds with 24 hour reception. The apartment is just 500 metres from the lovely sandy beach, bars, restaurants & shops. There is a luxury 18-hole golf course just 10 minutes walk away.
The Costa de Almeria claims to have over 300 days sunshine per year, with average temperatures of 20C, making it an ideal year-round resort for sun lovers and golfers alike.
The beautiful sandy beach is rarely crowded and has lifeguards and open shower facilities provided. Sunbeds & parasols are available for a small daily fee. A wide pedestrian promenade runs the entire length of the beach.
During the summer there are watersports available, including windsurfing, jetskis & sailing. There is a large municipal tennis centre and excellent golf facilities at Playa Serena golf club, as well as further golf clubs which are within a 20 minute drive.
Within the surrounding area is the city of Almeria with its ancient "Alcazaba" and Cathedral. The Cabo de Gata natural park consists of a large area of secluded beaches, sand dunes and salt marshes. There is a popular waterpark and the Mini-Hollywood theme park and zoo based on the "wild-west".
