This stylish, luxurious apartment in the centre of Brecon has been newly renovated, and is furnished to a very high standard.
Well fitted contemporary kitchen with halogen hob and electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and ample storage and work space.
The sitting room has well coordinated furnishings and fittings, a wall mounted flat screen TV. Comfortable sofa (sofa bed) and contemporary dining table and chairs. A good selection of books and DVDs are on offer for guest to use as well as a radio and CD player.
The double bedroom is again very well furnished and has a wall mounted TV and DVD. The shower room is well designed with an excellent power shower, handbasin and toilet.
Bedlinen and towels provided. Full central heating and electricity included. Non smoking and the property is not suitable for pets.
A travel cot is also provided for those with young children.
Whilst being in the centre of Brecon, this first floor apartment is extremely quiet and peaceful - an ideal place to relax after a days walking or sightseeing.
It is very convenient for all the town's facilities, just a short walk away to the indoor market, shops, pubs and restaurants and there are gentle walks along the River Usk and past Brecons theatre along the canal, or through the Cathedral grounds to the Priory Groves along the River Honddu.
