|
Beznar is a peaceful stunning village only a short drive from both the beach of Salobrena/Motril and the cosmopolitan city of Granada and the Alhambra Palace. We are a mere 25 minutes drive from granada airport and 1hour40from malaga and Almeria. However there is now a new motorway almost ready for use which will cut down the drive time considerably from the latter two airports .
Buena Vista is a quality property with every modern convenience. We have a large lounge/dining room on the ground floor leading to our modern kitchen which is fully fitted with all untensils and crockery. There is a large fridge freezer, mircrowave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster etc and a very useful diswhwasher. There is also a lovely log fire should you wish to visit us in the winter months.
Upstairs on the first floor we have a further lounge with another dining table and chairs. This is a beautiful room and has an electric/log effect fire also for winter months. Here you will find a Sat. TV and DVD and there is also a video playa. There is a library of books, dvd's and videos.Floor standing fans are in all bedrooms and it is possible to hire a portable air conditioning unit for your stay. There are however blinds at all windows to keep out the heat and our floors are all marble which keep the house cool.
On this floor there is a double bedroom and the master bedroom which has a king size bed and sofa bed, tea/coffee maker and a second tv.The large modern bathroom is also on this floor and a second wc is off the kitchen.
Upstairs again you will find a further double bedroom and a single bedroom. There is also a utility room with washer/dryer for your use. These rooms are on the same level as the beautiful 40ft terrace which affords fantastic views of the village, orchards, lake and mountains. This is furnished with garden furniture and there is also a bbq.
Our swimming pool is a mere 3 minute walk away from the villa in our own private garden which is shared with our other next door property (only acccessible by our guests) there is room close to the house for parking but this is public street parking and available to all.
We have a lovely caretaker for our properties who will happily be available should you have any unforeseen problems.
