You agree to indemnify and hold the www.alltheseasons.net, its parent or subsidiary companies and their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from breach of this Agreement, any other policy, your use or access of the www.alltheseasons.net or any Internet site linked to or from the www.alltheseasons.net, or in connection with the transmission of any Content on the www.alltheseasons.net.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of www.alltheseasons.net ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.  You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions.  By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice.  If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

2. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
2.1 www.alltheseasons.net does not act as estate agents or travel agents. We simply provide a service for property owners to display their rental accommodation on this website and put you directly in touch with the owners of these properties. We do not take part in, or responsibility for, booking arrangements or any property management issues.

2.2 All property information is provided in good faith, however as the information provided is maintained directly by the property owners www.alltheseasons.net do not warrant that the information provided is accurate.

2.3 The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

3. ADVERTISERS INFORMATION
3.1 It is the Advertisers responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate, legal and decent and complies with English law.

3.2 It is the Advertisers responsibility to ensure that the information they supply does not breach any copyright or trade mark. www.alltheseasons.net will not be held responsible for any such breaches.

3.3 A property advertisement on www.alltheseasons.net should pertain to one holiday property only. Advertisers are not permitted to advertise or make reference to more than one property per advertisement.

3.4 To maintain the integrity of The Website Advertisers are not permitted to include links to other websites or e-mail addresses on their property page or anywhere within the publicly accessible information they provide.

3.5 www.alltheseasons.net reserves the right to modify or amend any property advertisements not adhering to these terms

4. TERMINATION OF PROPERTY ADVERTISEMENTS
4.1 In extreme cases www.alltheseasons.net reserves the right to delete property advertisements. Circumstances which may lead to such action include but are not limited to persistent breaches of advertising terms, attempts to include unsuitable material, misuse of online systems. We may also terminate property advertisements if we receive a significant number of substantiated complaints relating to misrepresentation of a property or its surroundings. In such circumstances payment will be retained in full.

4.2 An Advertiser may at any time during the course of the period of their subscription on The Website delete or permanently remove their property. This can be done via the users online account administration system, or alternatively by contacting www.alltheseasons.net who after verified confirmation will remove the property on your behalf. Payment will be retained in full. 

5. CHANGES TO WEBSITE
We take pride in our service and are continually striving to make it better for you. www.alltheseasons.net reserves the right to:

• Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) any part the Website without notice and you confirm that  www.alltheseasons.netshall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and
   

• Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

6. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
The Website includes links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others.  Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

7. COPYRIGHT
7.1 All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to www.alltheseasons.net or otherwise used by www.alltheseasons.net as permitted by law.

www.alltheseasons.net endeavours to make the site available on a continuous basis; however we cannot warrant the site will be available 24 hours a day.

8.1 The Website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

8.2 To the extent permitted by law, www.alltheseasons.net will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.

8.3 www.alltheseasons.net makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of www.alltheseasons.net for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of www.alltheseasons.net or that of its employees or agents.

9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold www.alltheseasons.net and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against www.alltheseasons.net Ltd arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

10. SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Holiday Booking Made Through All The Seasons (Not as travel agent)

Please note without deposit we are not able to hold accommodation for a period longer than five days.

On booking your holiday accommodation a deposit of 20% is required. If the period to your holiday is less than eight weeks at time of booking the full amount will be due.

After the deposit is paid the final payment is due eight weeks prior to your holiday.

If the full payment is not received by the due date we will not be able to guarantee the availability of the accommodation, it is the responsibility of the client to make all payments by the due dates.

Please note deposits are not refundable. Holiday Insurance should be acquired which covers the cost of cancellation. We will endeavour to provide documentation required by your insurance company showing the cost's to you.  

The booking is for the use of the accommodation inclusive of the normal activities in renting accommodation for a holiday period. The accommodation must not be entered before the stated time & also must be vacated at the stated time, please do not ask for extensions to this as it can cause embarrassment.

The house description and contents are based upon information supplied by the owner or by their agent on behalf of the owner, the particulars are produced in good faith, All The Seasons does not except liability for any changes to the descriptions provided & or the accuracy of that information.

Any extra activities or requirements must be booked in advance & must be paid for in accordance with the stated period of eight weeks in advance. All The Seasons holidays does not except any liability for the standard of instruction or equipment used by agencies who provide activities, All The Seasons holidays will endeavour to use agencies which provide a high service of instruction & equipment with the correct insurance & certification but it is the responsibility of the client to satisfy them self's that the activity company is adequately insured. All The Seasons holidays will follow up all complaints & will remove any agencies found not providing the standard required, from our list of activity providers.

It is the obligation of the client to make sure they are adequately insured for the period of there holiday, with additional cover for any extra activities they participate in.

Any problems during holiday period should be reported to the house manager or to All The Seasons holidays by phone or in person, at which time we will endeavour to resolve the problem.

All The Seasons holidays does not take responsibility for any loss or damage to any items belonging to clients, it is the responsibility of the client to make arrangements for all the required insurance cover, including cover for all activities whilst on holiday. 

All The Seasons holidays reserves the right to change the stated accommodation to that of a similar standard when the necessity arises due to situations beyond our control.

If your holiday accommodation is no longer available you have the right to a refund of your deposit instead of changing your accommodation.

It is the responsibility of the client to be at the place of transport at the correct time.

All The Seasons reserves the right to refuse or cancel any adverts.

All The Seasons has no involvement & takes no responsibility in negotiations.
