Q: Is registration free

A: Yes to register for an account is totally free.

Q: Why do I need to register for an account

A: You need to register for a password and username to access the controls to add and edit your listing.

Q: Add Property Listing How Do I Add A Property Listing

A: You will first need to setup your free account by visiting http://www.alltheseasons.net/hol/index.php?user=signup you will then receive an email to confirm your details. You can then sign in to your Property Management Area and click on add property

Q: Setting Up The Listing How Do I Set Up My Listing

A: In "Add property / properties"  (*) Donates mandatory 

Basic Information

1. * First add the property name
2. * Add the base price (mid seasons basic price) and number of guests this is based on, If the base price is for accommodation up to the total number of guests check "unlimited"
3. If you wish select a second currency to display your prices.
4. Add prices for extra guests (first box total number of guests, second box total price including basic price)
5. * Add Short Description, this will be displayed when scrolling through properties.
6. * Add main description for property.
7. Check box to (Click to disable price display) base price not displayed on listing.
8. Check Box to (Display price range) this will display prices on your listing from highest to lowest for seasonal deviations.
9. Check box to (Disabled booking calendar) booking calendar will not be displayed.
10. Check box to (Redirect to website when pressing booking) this requires that you have ssl certificate on your site for secured connection.
11. * Select type of booking, this should correspond with your base price e.g. if you select days the base price should show your daily charge etc.
12. Select type of property (parent hotel will allow for the accommodation to show extra rooms)
13. Nb of properties, this is the total number of properties or rooms that your listing represents.
14. Check boxes for amenities (displayed on your listing) you cal also add a fee, e.g. if you charge extra for TV etc.

Q: Calendar How do I set up the availability calendar.

A: Log in to your account, then click edit property,

1. First set your start day by clicking on "First day of the week" this day is your main change over day.
2. Click on years (according to the period you defined at " Select type of booking" e.g. let weekly daily etc the calendar will display days weeks or months) you must select the year and click add.
3. By default the calendar boxes are un checked (un checked not available) (Checked available) check or uncheck the boxes as per your availability.

Setting Up Accommodation Pricing
Q: How do I set the seasonal tariffs for my accommodation

A: Log in and click on "edit property"
According to whether you selected "Bookings per week" etc on set up, your control panel will display "weekly prices" "daily prices" etc. Click on the link.
If no prices have been set up you will see "ERROR: No special weeks prices" next the start date and end date of the seasonal price, then add weekly prices this will be the seasonal adjustments of the base rate, next check the box if you wish to add a name for the price period e.g. "high season" and continue to add all your seasonal prices. (Please note if you change your letting period or first day of the week your seasonal prices will be removed)

Q: How do I set my prices for extra guests.

A: Log in and click on edit property then select "modify property"
In the price box add numeric figures only, in the guests box add the number of guests the figure the basic price is based on.
The "Number of guests unlimited" should only be checked if there are no additional charges for extra guests.
The "additional guest" consists of two boxes side by side, the first is the total number of guests including the base number and the second is the total price including the base price e.g.

Price 400 GBP | Guests 4
Additional Guests 5 Price 450
Additional Guests 6 Price 500

This shows an increase of 50 per extra guest

Possible Scams
Q: What About Payment Scams

A: Always take care when arranging transactions for your property. Use common sense beware of scams.
Some of the most common frauds and scams are:
1) Cashier's check is offered for deposit/rent.
2) Value of cashier's check exceeds the actual price - renter asks you to wire/send the balance back.
3) Banks will cash the fake cashier's check, release the funds to your account, and then hold you responsible when the cheque is later determined to be fake.
